Custom & Co. are an independent jewellery brand seeking to rival the experience iconic with 'Hatton Garden jewellers' positioning themselves as "Your personal goldsmith."

Evoke took ownership of Custom & Co’s marketing in May 2020, covering the Marketing Manager’s maternity leave. In that time, we refined their brand messaging, getting clear on their target audiences and positioning. As a business, they had a wealth of customer data and we began working to glean and obtain marketing permissions. With this we created an initial automated email sequence to determine more about the individual and from there we have a tailored email marketing plan in place.

The client would say that our biggest achievement is securing a rent-free popup store in Bluewater following a successful competition award submission with 'Made in Kent'. The visibility of a Bluewater presence has seen them treble their weekly minimum work and as a result grow their team from 3 to 14.
